What is the jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and plated with 18K gold, 18K rose gold or silver.

Stainless steel jewelry:

All of our jewelry is made of stainless steel – also known as “waterproof jewelry.” It is PVD-coated with 18K gold, 18K rose gold or silver – a modern coating technique that makes the color last much longer than traditional coatings.

Our jewelry is made to last, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all products.

How do I find my ring size?

How do I best care for my jewelry?

At DAYLO, our jewelry is made of stainless steel and plated with 18K gold, 18K rose gold or silver. To keep your jewelry beautiful and long-lasting, we recommend the following care tips:

Cleaning:

Most of our jewelry is plated with 18K gold, and since silver jewelry is also plated, you should avoid harsh cleaning methods. Use only lukewarm water and a soft microfiber cloth – and do not clean too often. This is especially true for pearl jewelry, as pearls are very delicate. When cleaning pearls, you should be extra careful and only use a soft cloth with a little lukewarm water. Pearls should never be cleaned frequently.

Avoid sleeping with jewelry on:

Movements during sleep can put unnecessary strain on your jewelry, which over time can affect both its appearance and durability. To extend its lifespan, we recommend removing your jewelry before bedtime.

Proper storage:

Jewelry should be stored in a dry, dark place, away from direct sunlight. The best solution is to store it in a closed jewelry bag or box. All DAYLO jewelry comes with a jewelry bag, ideal for both storage and travel.

Avoid direct sunlight:

Prolonged exposure can lead to discoloration and wear of the coating.

Avoid contact with hard surfaces:

Shocks, scratches and impacts can damage the surface and reduce both appearance and durability.

Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?

We understand that many customers are sensitive to certain metals, such as nickel. That's why all our jewelry is made from hypoallergenic materials, so it's safe and comfortable to wear - even for those with sensitive skin. All jewelry is 100% nickel-free.

Is the material durable?

Our gold-plated jewelry is designed to retain its shine and color over time. While all gold-plated jewelry naturally requires a little care, we are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on all our jewelry – so you can enjoy it for many years without worry.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Yes – all DAYLO jewelry is 100% waterproof. You can shower, wash your hands and go about your daily life without having to take off your jewelry.

FAQ: Shipping & Delivery

When will my items be shipped?

If you place your order before 3:30 PM, we will ship it the same day! Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be shipped the next business day.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Our team will ensure that your products are packed and shipped so that you receive them within 1-3 business days. Please note: In rare cases, delays may occur with the shipping company. Once we have handed over the package, it is unfortunately beyond our control and we may not be able to resolve the issue immediately. However, we always do our best to find out what happened to your order.

During holidays and peak season, additional delays may occur due to increased demand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click on the link to follow your package in real time.

If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam filter – or contact us at support@daylo.dk and we will send you the tracking information again.

Can I refuse to receive my order if I change my mind?

We do not recommend refusing delivery as this may result in longer processing times and additional costs for returns.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please receive your delivery and then use our returns portal to quickly and securely return the items. This way you will receive your refund or exchange much faster.

I accidentally entered incorrect delivery information. What should I do?

If you have accidentally entered incorrect delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk . It is ultimately your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information, but we will of course do everything we can to help correct the error.

I have received the wrong item. What should I do?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk so that we can find a solution - including sending you the correct item or refunding the amount as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds are usually issued within a few business days, but please allow up to 14 days depending on your payment method and bank processing time.

You will always be notified via email when your refund has been processed.

There is a fault with one or more of my products. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience!

If there is a fault with one or more of your products, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk . Remember to include your order number and a description of the problem. We also recommend that you attach a picture or video of the fault.

Once we have received your email, we will review your case as soon as possible and find a solution. Each case is treated individually and the solution will depend on the specific situation.
